介绍了真空冷冻干燥技术的现状和发展趋势,提出目前国内外对冻干工艺的研究主要集中于在冻干过程中控制晶核的形成和成长、使整个冻干过程置于严格控制之下两方面。从制冷系统、控制系统和整合的冻干生产线3个方面分析了冻干设备的发展,阐述了冻干技术在医药行业的发展和意义,指出国内冻干设备的发展现状与国际水平差距很小,具有广阔的应用前景。
Abstract:There are two key aspects in vacuum freeze-drying technology:freeze-drying process and equipment.The research situation and development of freeze-drying formulation and freeze-drying curve of freeze-drying process are introduced,and the research focuses of the freeze-drying all over the world are on two aspects:how to control crystal nucleus formation and crystals growth and how to make freeze-drying process under strict control.The development of freeze-drying equipment is analyzed from the aspects of cooling system,control system and integrated freeze-drying production line,concluding that there is a small gap between the international level.At last the development and significance of the freeze-drying technique in the pharmaceutical industry are described.
